This Policy explains to you how SCHULZ BY CROWD collects information about you. Below you can read about the information collected, how and for what purpose the information is processed, who has access to the information and whom to contact if you have questions or objections relating to the information collected.
2.1 What are cookies?
The first time you visit schulzbycrowd.dk you will automatically receive one or more cookie(s). A cookie is a small text file stored in your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera electricity, etc.) which registers you as a unique user. Cookies make it easier to use the website, because the website can use a cookie to remember information about your preferences.
SCHULZ BY CROWD places and uses session and persistent cookies to gather information about demographic and user-related statistics, time spend on the website and its individual pages and services, what browser and operating system you are using, your IP number and which ads you view.
2.3 For how long are our cookies stored?
The cookies that are sent to you will be stored on your device for a varied number of months from the last time you visited SCHULZ BY CROWD’s website. 2.5 Cookies from our partners
SCHULZ BY CROWD also uses so-called third party cookies which are cookies from partners and services available at SCHULZ BY CROWD.
SCHULZ BY CROWD sends third-party cookies from among others Gemius and Google Analytics to perform traffic measurements. The purpose of these cookies is to provide statistical information about the internet user group. The information will only be available to other persons or companies in aggregated form.
SCHULZ BY CROWD also sends third-party cookies from other partners, including advertisers, media agencies, ad networks and other services (e.g. AddThis). The purpose of these cookies is to ensure delivery of targeted online ads, as well as making it possible to login and share e.g. services on the partners websites (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter).
The information disclosed to third parties, including SCHULZ BY CROWD’s partners, is presented in aggregated form for the purpose of targeted marketing and to improve the understanding of internet users in general.

SCHULZ BY CROWD asks for your personal and user-related information when you use the services available on SCHULZ BY CROWD.
SCHULZ BY CROWD collects and processes personal information such as name, address, postcode, personal photo, email, gender and age.
3.1 What do we use personal information to?
The personal information we collect about you will be used primarily to complete the purchase or service for which the information is collected. The information is also used by SCHULZ BY CROWD in order to get more familiar with you. The use may include studies and analysis aimed at improving products, services and technologies, and displaying content and advertising that are customized to your interests and hobbies.
This information will not be disclosed to third parties unless you give separate acceptance thereto or if the applicable legislation allows for the transmission of general customer information, including in connection with hosting and cloud services.
If you have consented to receive direct marketing, news and promotions, etc., we may also use this information collected to target the marketing you receive by phone, letter or electronic media.
3.2 Protection of personal data
In accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are checked regularly to determine whether our user information is handled properly, and in accordance with your rights as a user.
However, we cannot guarantee 100 % security of data transfers on the internet. This means that there is a risk that a third party, unjustified forces access to information, when data is sent and stored electronically. Be aware that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
3.3 For how long do we store personal information
When you use the services on SCHULZ BY CROWD, your personal data is needed to perform such services. Also, when you purchase products on SCHULZ BY CROWD, your personal data is needed as evidence until the products are paid for and delivered, any cancellation deadline expired, and the deadline for payment has expired.
Personal data is deleted three after it has been collected. If you sign up for newsletters, competitions etc., your information is stored no more than three years after the service is canceled.
3.4 Changes to the processing of personal data
The rapid development of the internet means that changes in our treatment of personal information may be necessary. We reserve the right to update and amend these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If we do, the date of “last updated” at the top of the page will be changed. In the event of substantial changes we will notify you in the form of a visible message on our site.
You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information is stored about you, and you may object to the registration under the rules of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
